Uttam Sharma Rijal is a member of the organizing team of Karnali Utsav – Kuda Karnalika. He has been continuously engaged with Karnali Utsav since its inception, contributing to its growth and successful organization over the years. In addition to his role in the festival, he serves as the Central Secretary of the Rastriya Lok Tatha Dohori Geet Pratisthan.
