Mr. Dinesh Gautam, Chief Executive Officer of Hriti Foundation has a long experience in the field of public policies. He is also an executive director of Karnali Utsav, Kuda Karnalika. He completed his master degree in Management from Tribhuwan University and pursuing master degree in Development Economics in Midwestern University.

He has keen interest in idea generation, communication, team management and outreach relation. He is also the founder and editor of Tanneri Voice Monthly. Additionally, Mr. Gautam regularly writes blogs and column for Sajhabisaunee Daily. He is associated with Tanneri Chaso Surkhet and holds the position of Founder President in the same organization. Previously he served as the President of Student Council of Surkhet Model College from where he pursued graduation.
