Teekaram Dhakal is a member of the organizing team of Karnali Utsav – Kuda Karnalika. He has been continuously engaged with Karnali Utsav since its inception in 2076 (2020), contributing to its growth and successful organization over the years. In addition to his role in the festival, he is also a songwriter, bringing creative expression and cultural depth to his work.
